Charcuterie and Wine Pairing Evening (Leeds)

Whilst we have a long and proud history at YWS of creating spectacular cheese and wine evenings, chocolate and wine evenings and pairing wine with delicious tapas. So now we've created a new tasting sensation by pairing wines with different charcuterie- everything from continental classics such as iberico chorizo all the way through modern British charcuterie from local producers such as The Reliance, we have some epic meats to pair with our delicous wines.
Expect to taste different styles of wine on our evening- some of our favourite pairings involve sparkling wines, fortfied wines, rose wine alongside your usual selection of whites and reds. Many of the producers who we source our charcuterie from (experts in the field like Lishman's, The Reliance, Basco and Friends of Ham) work with produce which is only available seasonally, so expect our pairings to change reflecting what is available to us at the time.
So of our favourite pairings so far have included-
- Manzanilla Pasada Sherry with Iberico Chorizo
- Reliance Fennel Seed Salami with Verdicchio
- Coppa Trentina with Lambrusco
- Salchichon with Chablis
